AISI 316LN Steel – W. Nr. 1.4429 / UNS S31653

1.4429 / AISI 316LN steel is a chromium-based austenitic stainless steel, nickel and molybdenum, nitrogen-enriched to further improve:
• Microstructural stability.
• Corrosion resistance (especially against chloride stress corrosion cracking).
• Mechanical properties (thanks to the nitrogen strengthening effect).
It is an improved grade compared to traditional 316/316L, with low magnetic permeability and excellent performance even in aggressive environments.

Reference Standards:

• EN X2CrNiMoN17-13-3
• ASTM / AISI 316LN
• UNS S31653
