HASTELLOY® C-276 – W. Nr. 2.4819 / UNS N10276 / ASTM B575, B574, B622

HASTELLOY® C-276

HASTELLOY® C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of aggressive chemical environments. Characterized by extremely low carbon and silicon content, this alloy is widely used for critical applications in the chemical, petrochemical, and power generation industries.

The alloy exhibits exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, especially in chloride-bearing environments. Thanks to its high mechanical strength and ability to withstand elevated temperatures, it is ideal for applications requiring durability and reliability.

Reference standards:

  • ASTM B575 (plates and strips)
  • ASTM B574 (bars and wires)
  • ASTM B622 (seamless pipes)
  • ASME SB-366, SB-462, SB-564
