MATERIALS

Titanium

We offer titanium in various forms and grades: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4, Gr5. From the most common titanium semi-finished products to the most complex forgings, we are able to offer the highest production quality in the shortest possible time. Thanks to our approximately 2,500 sq m forge, state-of-the-art machinery, and experience accumulated in every production situation, we are able to confidently and reliably meet Customer requirements, whether for large production runs or individual custom parts.
Products offered:

BARS

We manufacture and supply titanium bars with diameters from 8 mm to 420 mm. Titanium bars can be machined with tight straightness and surface roughness as per customer requirements. Bars with various specifications: ASTM B348; AMS 4928 (Class A/AA) ASME SB348; ASTM F136; ASTM F67; ASTM B381; Bar diameter from 5 to 300 mm

PLATES

Hot-rolled titanium sheets with thicknesses from 3 mm to 65 mm and cold-rolled titanium sheets from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm are available. Products are stocked in our warehouse and handled using special suction cups that allow rapid and safe packaging without damage or scratches. Plates: hot-rolled Specifications: ASTM B265; AMS 4911; ASME SB265
Grades: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4, Gr5, Gr12

SHEETS

All titanium products supplied not only meet the characteristics required by the main international standards, but achieve values higher than the reference standards. Specifications: ASTM B265; AMS 4911; ASME SB265; ASTM B381
Grades: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4, Gr5, Gr12

TUBES

Seamless tubes in Gr 2 Welded. We supply titanium tubes compliant with ASME/ASTM standards for application on heat exchangers and condensers.

FORGINGS

Among our services are also titanium forgings according to customer drawings. We are able to supply any titanium forging, with weights ranging from half a kilogram up to 10 tons, and to produce non-standard shapes, meeting the Customer's dimensional and quality requirements.
